Terms of service
The short version of what you agree to when you place an order with us.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It's accepted once payment clears and we email your confirmation. If an item sells out between your order and our packing bench, we'll contact you to resolve it — but all sales are final.
No cancellations, refunds or returns
Because every shirt is printed to order, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. Please double-check your size, shipping address, and order details before paying.
Pricing & stock
All prices are in USD and shown all-inclusive. Other currencies displayed on site are indicative conversions — your card is charged in USD. Stock counts are live and updated as orders come in.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't store your card details. Orders that fail fraud checks will not be processed.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — see our shipping page.
Product accuracy
We photograph shirts as accurately as we can, but screen colours vary and garment measurements have a small tolerance. Minor variation isn't a defect.
Intellectual property
All artwork, photography and branding on this site belongs to FALLEN and its collaborating creators. Don't reproduce or resell it.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.
