Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and shipping address, entered at checkout
• Order contents, totals and status
• Basic cart data stored in your own browser so your cart survives a refresh

We do not run user accounts and we never see or store your card number — card details go straight to our payment processor.

How we use it

To process payment, pack and ship your order, email you confirmations and tracking, and handle support requests. We don't sell your data or send marketing you didn't ask for.

Who processes it

• Stripe — payment processing and fraud checks
• Our hosting and database provider — order records
• Our email provider — order confirmations and support replies
• Shipping carriers — delivery and tracking

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes, then deleted. Cart data lives only in your browser and clears when you empty it.

Your choices

Email us to get a copy of what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted where we're not legally required to keep it.
